Hotel Reservations
Take advantage of the 2008 International Nursing Conference on Reproductive Health and Infertility group rate. Be sure to book your hotel reservation by Monday, April 14, 2008. After 5:00 PM on Monday, April 14, 2008, the room block will be released, and the hotel may charge a higher rate. All rates are per room per night plus 15.4% tax. Hotel Changes/Cancellations/Refunds
The Sheraton Chicago requires a deposit equal to one night’s stay to hold each guest’s reservation. This deposit will confirm the reservation for the dates indicated, and, on check-in, will be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. Deposits are refundable if notice is received at least 48 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits will be charged at the time the reservation is made.



Air Travel
Air travel arrangements can be made by calling Corporate Travel Management Group, a full-service travel agency, at 877.219.9122 between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM Central time, Monday through Friday. Please reference job 16966 and note that a $52.00 service fee will be charged for each ticket booked through Corporate Travel Management Group. A credit card must be used for payment.


Airports
Two airports serve the Chicago area: O'Hare International, 17.6 miles and approximately 35 minutes by taxi from downtown, and Chicago Midway International Airport, 13.1 miles and approximately 25 minutes from downtown.


Airport Shuttle Service
Take advantage of the roundtrip airport shuttles. GO Airport Express offers shuttle service from Midway and O'Hare Airports to downtown Chicago. Service is available daily from 6:00 AM to 11:30 PM.

Traveling From Chicago Midway International Airport
Shuttle departs from Midway every 15 minutes to downtown Chicago hotels. The GO Airport Express ticket counter and loading zone is located at door 3 on the lower level across from baggage claim. Reservations are not necessary. The last GO Airport Express van leaves Midway at 10:30 PM. The fare is approximately $22.00 one way and $37.00 roundtrip.

Traveling From O'Hare International Airport
GO Airport Express ticket counters are located at door 1E, door 2D, and door 3F on the lower level, across from baggage claim. Reservations are not required. Shuttle departs every 5–10 minutes outside the baggage claim area. The fare is approximately $27.00 one way and $49.00 roundtrip.

Taxi Service
Taxi service is also available from both airports. The fare for taxi service from O'Hare Airport is $35.00–$40.00. From Midway Airport, the fare is $25.00–$30.00.

At O'Hare and Midway Airports, taxis are available on the lower level of all terminals, outside the baggage claim area.


CTA Train Service/Public Transportation
From and to O'Hare Airport
Blue Line Train: 24-hour service; cost is $2.00 one way per person; travel time to downtown is 40 minutes; exit the train at the Clark and Lake stop. The hotel is an approximately $5.00 taxi ride from the train station.

From and to Midway Airport
Orange Line Train: Hours are 5:15 AM–11:30 PM; cost is $2.00 one way per person; travel time to downtown is 25 minutes; exit the train at the Clark and Lake stop. The hotel is an approximately $5.00 taxi ride from the train station.


Rental Cars and Parking
Please ask your Corporate Travel Management Group representative or a local travel agent about car rental options when you make your airline reservation.

The Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers has self-parking for $34.00 per day; valet parking is available at $41.00 per day. Hourly rates are also available.

Directions to Self-Parking Garage
From the intersection of East North Water Street and North Columbus Drive (the hotel entrance), continue north on North Columbus Drive to East Illinois Street. Turn left onto East Illinois Street. Turn right onto North New Street, and turn right again onto Lower East North Water Street. The self-parking garage is on the right.
