Take advantage of the Conference group rate and be sure to book your hotel reservation by 5:00 pm on Friday, August 20, 2010. Thereafter, the room block will be released, and the hotel may charge a higher rate. All rates are per room per night plus 12.0% tax. When making your reservation, indicate room location and type of bed(s). If you will be sharing a room, please provide the hotel with the name(s) of the other guest(s).

Hotel Changes/Cancellations/Refunds
The Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina requires a deposit equal to one night’s stay to hold each guest’s reservation. This deposit will confirm the reservation for the dates specified, and, upon check-in, will be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. Deposits paid by individuals are refundable if notice is received at least 48 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits will be charged at the time the reservation is made. The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Discover, and American Express.
Air Travel
If you are traveling by air, you will arrive at Tampa International Airport (TPA). The Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina is located 8 miles from the airport and 15 minutes by taxi.
Air travel arrangements can be made by calling Corporate Travel Management Group, a full-service travel agency, at 877.219.9122 between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm Central time, Monday through Friday. Please reference job #20424 and note that a $52.00 service fee will be charged for each ticket booked through Corporate Travel Management Group. A credit card must be used for payment.
Airport Shuttle Service
SuperShuttle operates out of the Tampa International Airport at a cost of $12 one way per person. A special $20 round trip fare is available when you make your reservation through SuperShuttle’s website (www.supershuttle.com); use booking code UK8BL.
Claim your luggage on Level One of the main terminal. Exit at either end of the terminal, where you will find a SuperShuttle booth and a ticket agent ready to assist you with ground transportation.

Taxi Service
Taxi service is available at an estimated cost of $23 per person one way.
Rental Car and Parking
Please ask your Corporate Travel Management Group representative or a local travel agent about car rental options when you make your airline reservation.
Valet parking is available at the hotel for $20 per day. Self-parking is available at the South Regional Parking garage across the street from the hotel for $15 per day.
